Just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday, our community partner, White's Chapel United Methodist Church, is hosting a Mobile Food Market at T. A. Sims Elementary School on Wednesday, November 20 at 5:30pm. We will have fresh food for 125 families or more. It will be fresh protein and produce, along with other products for your pantry. Be prepared to fill out a brief form to show that you are eligible to participate in the Mobile Food Market.

This will be a convenient drive-thru experience for families. Each family will get about 20-25 lbs. of food in a tote bag loaded into their car. This event will take place at T. A. Sims ES on the south side of the building on Fitzhugh. You are asked to stay in your car and form a single line to drive through on the cafeteria side of the building. We will begin distribution at 5:30pm and will stop serving at 6:30pm or until all the groceries are gone.  A list of the groceries each family will receive and a traffic flow diagram are featured below.

Justo a tiempo para las vacaciones de Acción de Gracias, nuestro socio comunitario, la Iglesia Metodista Unida White's Chapel, organizará un mercado móvil de alimentos en la escuela primaria T. A. Sims el miércoles 20 de noviembre a las 5:30 p.m. Tendremos alimentos frescos para 125 familias o más. Serán proteínas y vegetales frescos, junto con otros productos para tu despensa. Esté preparado para completar un breve formulario para demostrar que es elegible para participar en el Mercado Móvil de Alimentos.

Esta será una experiencia conveniente para las familias. Cada familia recibirá entre 20 y 25 libras. de comida en una bolsa de mano cargada en su automóvil. Este evento se llevará a cabo en T. A. Sims ES en el lado sur del edificio en Fitzhugh. Se le pide que permanezca en su automóvil y forme una sola fila para pasar por el lado de la cafetería del edificio. Comenzaremos la distribución a las 5:30 p. m. y dejaremos de servir a las 6:30 p. m. o hasta que se acaben todos los alimentos.  A continuación se muestra una lista de los alimentos que recibirá cada familia y un diagrama de flujo de tráfico.
